The purpose of the record is to improve our customer service, support our marketing and to simplify contacting. We only use personal data to maintain customer and partner relationships. We also use the data for customer service activities, such as communications. If the user discloses personal data, we only use it for the specified purposes.

Regular data sources

The website www.coegroup.fi collects cookies with the Cookiebot tool. Cookiebot automatically requests all visitors for an active cookie consent. CoE Group has a digital customer account record that is protected with usernames, passwords and access rights. All those processing customer data are under confidentiality obligation.

Right to access and correct data

CoE Group’s customers and partners have the right to access their data and to demand the correction of incorrect data. They also have the right to deny the use of the data for marketing or advertising purposes as well as to secure their other rights specified in the Personal Data Act.
